I just made the batter for the light white muffins and I added a cup of cranberries and some vanilla. I did what it said and it is super thick. Is it supposed to be thick? Thick like cookie dough batter? I've never made these before so I don't know. Should I add more almond milk?

Not good at all. The texture was awful and the taste wan't to great either. Oh well. My all time favorite muffins are the blueberry coconut muffins!  Only I do 2 cups coconut meal and 1/2 cup almond meal. Gives it the best texture/taste in my opinion.
