We were in Superstore last night to look for some sweeteners. Found SweetLeaf brand stevia - non-GMO, no additives, processed 'cool' (no heat or very little? heat applied)with purified water and inulin. 115g was about $16. Also found SweetLeaf SteviaTabs in a cute little tin. Very handy to drop into the purse if you're heading out on a coffee date. About $10 - 100 tabs. So, expensive, and totally not necessary but.... Oh, and they have cellulose (as the binder, I assume) Couldn't find erythritol but found Xyla. GMO free and gluten free 100% xylitol. 1 lb for about $9. Did not find gluccomannan and didn't look for pasta as I haven't really eaten pasta for several years.

I've been finding a bit at Zehrs/superstore. Iherb has great shipping rates, but I got soaked at the door when I used DHL express, so stick to USPS or regular DHL. I just made an order Monday from www.lowcarbgrocery.com. The said 2 day shipping, but it was there the next day! They have a coupon on their FB page too.

Where can you find glucomannan in Canada? I have not had any luck finding any. I did find the xylitol at vita health for $9.

Thank you for the reply. I have found many of the links above are sold out of the glucomannan powder. I did find some on amazon.ca tho.

I was at the Bulk Barn this week and was really pleased to find tons of 'on plan' ingredients. Almond flour, xylitol (in bulk!), maca powder, chia seeds, psyllium husk, golden flax seeds, coconut concentrate (Grace brand, in a little green box), quinoa, Zevia, etc. Many things on sale right now, plus a coupon in the flyer. I'm stocked up:)

Hi to the admins, I was wondering if you could post our Canadian Trim Healthy Mama store here for any fellow Canadians? Our store is www.naturallytrimcanada.ca and we are working with THM as resellers to be able to bring all the branded THM products to Canada as well as many additional complimentary on plan items. I started THM in July and have lost over 50lbs. It was so life changing for me that I wanted to bring this to Canada to make it more accessible and to help spread this amazing life changing plan. Thanks so much, Jeana
