Canadian Source list:
There are many sources online you can order from. LowCarbGrocery and LowCarbCanada carry many hard to find products like Dreamfields Pasta, Miracle Noodles, Glucomannan, Protein Powder, Joseph's breads, Oat Fiber etc.. There are also some online retailers that specialize in a certain product.
We were in Superstore last night to look for some sweeteners. Found SweetLeaf brand stevia - non-GMO, no additives, processed 'cool' (no heat or very little? heat applied)with purified water and inulin. 115g was about $16. Also found SweetLeaf SteviaTabs in a cute little tin. Very handy to drop into the purse if you're heading out on a coffee date. About $10 - 100 tabs. So, expensive, and totally not necessary but.... Oh, and they have cellulose (as the binder, I assume) Couldn't find erythritol but found Xyla. GMO free and gluten free 100% xylitol. 1 lb for about $9. Did not find gluccomannan and didn't look for pasta as I haven't really eaten pasta for several years.

I was at the Bulk Barn this week and was really pleased to find tons of 'on plan' ingredients. Almond flour, xylitol (in bulk!), maca powder, chia seeds, psyllium husk, golden flax seeds, coconut concentrate (Grace brand, in a little green box), quinoa, Zevia, etc. Many things on sale right now, plus a coupon in the flyer. I'm stocked up:)
I was wondering if you could post our Canadian Trim Healthy Mama store here for any fellow Canadians? Our store is www.naturallytrimcanada.ca and we are working with THM as resellers to be able to bring all the branded THM products to Canada as well as many additional complimentary on plan items.
I started THM in July and have lost over 50lbs. It was so life changing for me that I wanted to bring this to Canada to make it more accessible and to help spread this amazing life changing plan.
msjongg: Just wondering... Are rice noodles on plan?

queen: Probably a good idea to start a topic asking about it. Generally, I think they want you to use the whole grains rather than something made from brown rice flour, but maybe there's more to know about it.

queen: Got a notice that the THM website is having a big cyber-Monday sale and are offering a couple new items. They have also introduced flat rate shipping. Time to stock up on that Gentle Sweet.

marmee: One question: if I have early morning coffee with coconut oil ( or if I choose cream) are they considered a snack, should I wait 3 hours before eating? If I eat an S meal soon there after am I ok? Would that be a problem if I eat an E meal soon after?

queen: You can post here if you like. But you can start a post by entering a forum (any of the linked titles above this shouting box). Once you are in the forum, you should see a "Create Thread" link in the title bar. Click that to get a posting screen.

queen: If you eat an S meal within an hour of your oil/cream coffee, it is all considered the same meal. Otherwise, you need to wait the 3 hours.

auntchocolate: I have a question i am still confused about crossover meals how exactly do i incorporate them and how often ?

queen: If you are in weight loss mode, you avoid them. Maybe throw in one or two a month if you aren't losing well. It can help to shake things up and get losses started again.
