Key Lime or Lemon Pie
1 cup boiling water 1 pkg gelatin (2 1/2 t. plain gelatin) 1 block cream cheese 6oz 0% Greek Yogurt Juice and zest of 2 limes/lemons Sweetener to taste
Make into bars or individual paper cup servings & chill till solid, I think it's prettier with a bit of the zest on top of it.
