Monday, May 5th
AM (S) coconut berry shake
SN (S) 3 eggs in butter
LU (S) chicken, and vegies in butter
SN (S) peanut butter balls
SU (E) deer, yellow lentil, butternut squash soup
SN (FP) berry gelatin. Edit: p.n. butter balls for eve. snack, didn't make gelatin...

My menu for the next while will be mostly crossovers. I've been feeling better doing this and not feeling constant hunger like I did the last few weeks. My meals will not often be planned, more like what I have and how I can put it together; need to go shopping.

Breakfast: THM pancakes with Greek yogurt and strawberries (E) Lunch: fuel pull salad (FP) Snack: banana protein shake (E) Dinner: Josephs pita bread pizza (the toppings I added made this an S)

I have not seen this thread before but it will be very helpful, I think, in helping me keep on track. Today I had: B: 2 baked oatmeal muffins & 1/2 c LF cottage cheese (E) L: off plan (CO) D: bacon wrapped chicken, cauliflower mashies, salad w/ a homemade S dressing (S)

Rebekahrl, I didn't put everything in there....I was a little embarrassed because my lunch wasn't on plan, and neither was my dessert I have really been having trouble in the middle of the day. My other issue is just making sure I wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours in between eating a meal or snack. I tend to graze. Anyway, besides what I ate I really wasn't hungry. I don't seem to need 3 snacks a day, just 2. I am very slowly working my way into eating THM all the time (I've been doing this for months now : but I am still losing a little weight here and there. I just have a lot of bad habits to break and I think I am doing better by going very slowly than I would if I were too strict with myself right away. It's coming along!

It sounds like you are making improvements and learning to listen to your body, too! Good for you that you haven't given up, but are still trying... I'll be looking for your menu on here next week.

Today's menu: Breakfast: protein pancake (E) Lunch: waldorf salad (E) **no snack because I'm napping in the afternoon in preparation of switching to night shift** Dinner: Easy yogurt chicken bake, yam, salad and green beans (E) Dessert: Tummy tucking ice cream (FP) I just noticed that today ended up being pretty much all E meals, but I was away this past weekend and ate mostly all S meals so I figure I'm due to eat a few E's
