Made the jelly for the second time today. I was thinking it tastes a little "flat". No zing! So I tried what I do whenever my smoothies aren't quite right- added a small sprinkle of sea salt. Then, I added a tiny dash of apple cider vinegar. I had to keep sprinkling nunaturals to get it all balanced right, but I do believe that the end result is superior! There is more depth to the flavors now. And I'm happy.
