Today I am having: B - Lemon Poppyseed MIAM, 1 hard-boiled egg, 3 fresh strawberries {S} S - 1 piece of Skinny Chocolate w/ coconut and almonds {S} L - Salad w/ salmon and lots of other goodies {S} S - Big Boy Smoothie w/ extra fruit {E} D - Lite Coconut Curry Chicken (w/ added broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) and Rice {E}

B: 2 slices sourdough toast smeared w/ Greek yogurt & Polaner All fruit & winter wonderland sip (E) L: Joseph's pita stuffed w/ raw cheddar, roast beef, & avocado, slice leftover lemon pound cake & a few blueberries (S) Sn: FSF (FP) D: Salmon over mushrooms, fresh & sautéed greens w/ avocado oil & coconut vinegar (S) Dessert: cottage Berry whip (FP)

Everyone's menu looks yummy! I see several of us are having salmon! Thinkspeak...you look like you put a little work into your menu...and it looks good! I love light coconut curry.

Sn: strained kefir smoothie (FP)

Sipped the Shrinker all morning.
L: 1 fried chicken pattie, 2 chana Dahl muffins with whipped cream/cream cheese frosting. (S)
Sn: 2 slices toast w/cream cheese (E)
S: soup made with barley and veggies. (E)
Sn: 2 muffins w/frosting. (S)

Breakfast~ Apple Spice Cake whipped cream (SH) Snack~ Sugar Free Coconut Caramel Crunch almond milk, spot of cream (S) Lunch~ Joseph pita, ham, cheese, olives, blue cheese dressing (S) Snack~ lemonade with non-jelling gelatin, dark chocolate (S) Supper~ Turkey Enchilada Bake avocado, sour cream, olives (S) Snack~ Hibiscus-Berry Gelatins ~just a handful of berries in whole batch, doubled gelatin for jiggler (FP), some sort of fruit (maybe canned pears, in juice, rinsed) (E) Oolong, water

Stephanie and Rebekah, you both mention some sort of spice cake....where did you get the recipe?
I love reading all the menus....they give such great ideas.

The one I posted is a link if you hover over the name, it is a S Helper. I am nursing and it had no sweetener with the apples so I went for it I will be watching for Rebekah's as well

A mostly S day, but tomorrows menu contains some E meals!
