Would adding flavoring (extracts) to drinks like GGMS mask the taste (and smell!) of apple cider vinegar? I want the health benefits, but that's pretty stout stuff!

A lot of people do add flavorings and think it does mask the flavor. You can also use less ACV and build up to more. I like to make a fruit flavored herbal tea as the base. And use plenty of sweetener to balance the tang of the vinegar!

I find adding lemon gives it a lemon ice tea flavour.
(Up here all ice tea is what's concidered sweet tea in the US)
Also, as was mentioned cutting back on the ACV.

Just tried that last night...I had my son make me some with fresh ginger and a whole lemon blended along w/ the ACV and stevia. I really liked the addition of the lemon.

I have not tried the GGMS yet! I did make the Shrinker and liked it. I am ordering the cookbook so I will be able to try more of the recipes.
So, I guess I will start out with less ACV in the GGMS than it calls for thanks to y'alls comments.
