A friend of mine and I are doing the week fuel cycle and are on the first fuel pull day. Just wondering if anyone has any tips or recipes, maybe from experience that made it easier. Really craving something sweet:)

Maybe some of the glucomannan puddings, if you are craving something sweet? I like to do a cinnamon-vanilla version of the lemon mousse by eliminating the lemon and using 1/2-3/4 teaspoon cinnamon and about 1 teaspoon vanilla. Its really good!! Note: I think light coconut milk taste the best, instead of greek yogurt.

Cookie Bowl Oatmeal is my favorite! I add whey powder also, for extra protein and it really fills me up and keeps me going. Greek Yogurt with berries is my other one. I love eating the sweet stuff, but sometimes it gets to me and really crave something savory and spicy, so I rely on my cheezy dehydrated kale chips. I think the reason my DH has a hard time with FP is that he won't eat yogurt (but he does do cottage cheese) or kale chips, and he doesn't like the Cookie Bowl Oatmeal. I don't feel my best when I eat very much meat, so these meals work really great for me.

I also get 'tired' of sweet stuff and really enjoy the savoury foods, too. It's fun getting those snacks ready. It helps me to get some balance. Sometimes I make crackers when I have a bit of time. I also like seasoned nuts. Adding cheese is always yummy. Thanks for posting, it got me thinking I need to have some savoury snacks made up since my baby will be born anytime now.

The chocolate pudding makes such a large amount that you can spread it out over the two days of FP. Plenty of sweet. Of course, that means you won't share as much with the rest of the family. My DH does not like chocolate.
