I get a lot of migraines. They are heat and exercise related. I drink water, no msg and avoid gluten. Any ideas on what my body may need?

I am sure that taking magnesium helped my migraines go from once a month or more to once every six months and much "lighter" migraine. I use the twinlab brand available at iherb.
