I had some chewy plan approved 'S' brownies with no icing. I also had a batch of skinny chocolate with added peanut butter poured as a slab in a container.
I wanted the brownies, but I needed an icing. I also wanted the benefits of having skinny chocolate. So, I tried something a bit different. I cut a brownie to size and a piece of skinny chocolate to fit on top. I really enjoyed this combination and the textures were really nice together.

So do you think I could make the special agent brownie in book and top with skinny chocolate? If not, how much is 1-1/2 quarters of butter? Thank you, still fairly new to this

I don't see why you couldn't try the skinny chocolate if you like. For the chocolate icing from the book, 1 and a half quarters of butter would be 3/4 cup. A pound butter box generally has 4 wrapped quarters, each being 1/2 cup. I finally tried that icing the other day as I was out of cream cheese and butter for the other. It was good!

OK thank you! I think I'll try the one with the butter. Just pulled the brownies out of the oven. Appreciate the help. Nice to find this forum.

If the brownies would be refrigerated first I think it would work topping it with freshly made skinny chocolate; just make sure the skinny chocolate is starting to thicken up like icing before you put it on.
