Breakfast~ Healthified Pancakes (S) mariamindbodyhealth.com/perfect-pancakes-and-syrup-and-acid-blockers/Lunch~ two small low-carb tortillas, ham, blue cheese, blue cheese dressing, snap peas (S) Snack~ green olives stuffed with almonds (S) Supper~ Leftovers Lasagna Mess ~ hamburger, marinara, ricotta, parmesan sprinkle served over cooked spinach (S) - mainly parts of things that needed used up Snack~ Cottage Toast, one slice I went with herbs and the other a packet Truvia (E) Sipping Oolong, water, lemonade with gelatin

Breakfast- FP smoothie with coffee Lunch- LC tortilla, ham, lettuce, peppers, onions, with low fat mayo and side of strawberries and blueberries Supper- @work- leftover pizza casserole, cheesy broccoli\cauliflower mix, and salad with ranch snack depending on when I can eat at work- 2 Wasa, laughing cow cheese

Br. (E) Quinoa, w/berries and almond milk
Sn. (E) Applesauce cake w / 1 cup kefir
Lu. (S) salad, w/ canned chicken, almond vanilla pudding
Sn. 1/2 apple w/ 1 tsp. P.nut butter
Su. (S) chicken, green bean, soup w/ cream broth,

(S) chicken, green bean, soup w/ cream broth, Rebekahrl -- Since your Breakfast was E and your morning snack was E...does this mean you waited 2.5 to 3 hours after your morning snack to eat lunch? My goal for next week is to eat every 3 hours...I was thinking of using FP snacks to manage this. My schedule is so crazy that getting lunch 3 hours after breakfast just doesn't happen, but if I could get a snack in then I wouldn't go too long without eating. And then I wouldn't have to put lunch off too late if I got home an hour after eating my FP snack.

Yes, Vastamper, I aim to keep meals and snacks 3 hours apart. I often eat early (6 or 7). Then with a snack 3-4 hours later that puts my lunch between 12 to 2.
