I'm half way through my second week of my fuel pull cycle! My deep S days went really well and I was able to stick to my menu plan. Yesterday was my first fuel pull day and I had a potluck work party to go to. Fuel pull days are the hardest for me so I ate dinner an dessert (egg white wraps with chicken and veggies and tummy tucking ice cream) before I went to the party and then I brought a huge veggie platter as well. There was tons of bad good at the party but I managed to keep it down to veggies, 1 small chicken wing, and small amount of kale salad. 2.5 more days to go!!

My second week fuel pull week is done! Overall I am really happy with how it went! Here are the things I learned: - eating a small snack at the 3 hour mark between breakfast and lunch will save me from snacking later in the day - grinding truvia for skinny chocolate and meringues is the key to loving those recipes - only one Joseph's pita or tortilla in one sitting - it's easier to have the whole day as a S, E, or FP rather than trying to switch back an forth from S to E - just because I didn't like the original recipe doesn't mean I won't like it with a few small tweaks - the reason I had plateaued with my weight loss was probably because I was eating too much in one sitting (example: 3 mini basic cheesecakes)
The first week I lost 3lbs and 1% body fat. The second week I lost 0.5lb and 0.2% body fat for a total of 3.5lbs and 1.2% body fat in two weeks!! Unfortunately I can see that I have reached my limit and cannot do a third cycle right now. But I have gotten the weight loss going again and will hopefully continue as I implement all the things I learned! And now I know how to do a fuel pull cycle so it will be easier if I decide to do it again!
I just wanted to thank everyone for their support and encouragement! I really appreciate your tips and your posts!

Ruthrn, you are doing so great! It's all a learning process listening to what to fuel our body with, how to schedule time for food prep, finding out how much and when to eat, and etc.

Thanks ladies! It is definitely a learning experience; there's always a new challenge to overcome! I'm really excited that my fuel pull cycles went well but now I'm faced with maintaining and furthering that weight loss. The day after I finished my two weeks I was making oatmeal/raisin cookies for my boyfriend's family and found myself eating the cookie batter. I was so frustrated with myself at the time but I eventually let go of it and am just trying to stick to the foods that are on plan and I feel good eating! (Turns out that eating cookie batter really doesn't feel good anymore! Lol!)
