I made a double recipe of flatbread from the book and baked it in a cookie sheet. I cut these in squares the size of sliced bread. I put these in baggies in the freezer, they thaw quickly. When I want a sandwich, I sliced these in half so it makes 2 sides. They are not too thin and hold up fairly well for sandwich fillings. Butter each half and brown them in a frying pan. Beat 2 eggs, adding salt or other seasonings of choice. Fry these so you get 2 square 'patties'. I put Parmesan cheese and hot sauce on my bread and topped them with egg patties. I'm sure there's many toppings that could be put onto these.
