I finally have protein powder again!! So excited for my frappes and shakes.
B- Cookie Bowl Oatmeal (FP) S- Strawberry Frappe (E) L- Tuna melt on wasa type crackers (S) S- Butterscotch pudding with whip cream (S) D- Philly cheese steak(venison) in a pepper instead of bun with Parmesan zucchini chips (S)

Monday's Menu: I am on a set of three night shifts so I had trim healthy mama pancakes (E) before going to sleep. **Slept from 0800-1600 Supper: BBQ'd beef steak, roasted veggie medly (S) Dessert: Caramel Pudding (FP)
I am now on a night shift so here is my menu for the night: 2100: skinny chocolate (S) 0000: lettuce rollups (FP) 0300: no fat cottage cheese with a few strawberries (FP) 0600: Scrambled egg whites with light laughing cow cheese (FP) 0900: Meringues and joseph's fuel pull crackers (FP; this snack is just to keep me awake long enough to do me 3.5 hour drive home!)

Today, Breakfast: (E)1 cup low fat cottage cheese, cherries Snack: (E) kefir, peach, very few walnuts Lunch: (CO) huge salad w/ lettuce, arugula, turkey, peas, 1/2 avocado, tomato, radishes, feta cheese, sour cream; piece of watermelon Supper: (E) big boy smoothie - made w/frozen tropical fruit, sweet potato w/ 1 tsp. butter Snack? Don't know yet.
