Breakfast: fuel pull waffles (FP) Lunch: deli meat roll ups and 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese (FP) Snack: small amount of trail mix (S) Dinner: turkey burgers on lettuce (this is a S meal because I had a few slices of cheese on my burgers)
All my meals were simple today as I was busy making tomato sauce! (I finally figured out how to have a tasty sauce with only a little bit of sugar!!)

God's morning! How about this line-up? Breakfast: Red Velvet Cheesecake Smoothie (FP) and coffee with cream (S) Lunch: Chicken breast stir-fry (loads of veggies, steamed with a tiny bit of red palm oil to start things off) and a small side of quinoa (E - I hope!) Snack: Chocolate-peanut butter gluccie pudding (FP) and chunk of skinny chocolate (S) Dinner: Chicken (& vegetable) broth anything soup and cheese-y toasted Joseph's Pitas (S) Sipping: GGMS, Apple Pie Sip (LOVE it!) and iced lemon water. I have a hard time with E meals, but continue to strive forward! Blessings!!!

Looks good stacylynn Keep your oil to a tsp for your serving and you have a great E with the quinoa, 3/4 cup serving of the quinoa which is quite a nice amount. I haven't made an Apple Pie Sip in a while, I might need to do that soon as well

Thank you, Steffanie, for your helpful review! I did keep the oil down, but didn't eat enough quinoa. There is always next time!!! It's "that time of year" for apple sip - the apples are ripe and harvest is in full swing - so I don't feel nearly as deprived when I am drinking this yummy concoction. It really helps me not to step out my back door and pick an apple...or two or three...and gobble it down.
