Pre-breakfast~ chickpea salad (E) Breakfast~ Trim Healthy Waffles with 0% Greek yogurt and berry chia jam (E) Lunch~ hamburgers, broccoli (S) Supper~ taco salad with romaine, taco meat, cheese, sour cream, salsa, olives (S) Sipping iced Oolong, Iced Cranberry Wassail I have been waking up too early in the morning hungry (nursing mama ) so the "pre-breakfast" and an odd item because it was ready to go in the early morning

Breakfast: bacon/egg muffin cup (S) Snack: cucumber slices with light laughing cow cheese (FP) Lunch: bread in a mug with large salad (S) Snack: kale chips (S) Dinner: taco salad and broccoli (made with ground turkey but I added cheese which makes this an S) Dessert: snickers shake (FP because I cut the peanut butter down to 1/2 tsp)
