I made this yesterday. I'm glad I read the comments. The texture was not like a cake, but actually more like nice thick pumpkin pie (without crust). If I would have been under the impression that it would be like cake, I would have been disappointed. My husband asked what it was before he tried it. I explained what it's called and what the texture was like, he really liked it and so do I. I have to be real careful with THM desserts and sweets so I'm glad I got to explain it before he tried it. I liked how easy it was to put it together.
