Breakfast~ Trim Healthy Waffles, fruit, Greek yogurt (E) Lunch~ Salad with cottage cheese, misc veggies, sunflower seeds, blue cheese dressing (S) Snack~ Payday candy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie(S) Supper~ Corned beef and cabbage (S) Snack~ Cottage Toast (E) Sipping~ Iced Oolong, GGMS Have been missing the Singing Canary (might run to the store for a couple lemons), we are getting ready to travel too, so an immune boost is probably a good idea.

B: oatmeal with apple (E) L: FP salad (FP) SN: a few roasted pumpkin seeds (S) and 2 light wasa crackers with light laughing cow cheese, turkey, lettuce and tomato (FP) D: 2 hamburgers minus the buns (S)
I was shopping with my sister and niece and we didn't get dinner until 8:30pm so I was pretty proud of the fact that I managed to take the buns off my burgers! Unfortunately yesterday I ate a granola bar and piece of pizza rather than waiting an hour until we got home. Oh well, today is another day!
