I hope you have the time to answer my plea! And I hope that I don't come across as one of many that you have to roll your eyes at and say yea right .
I need some advice, I am a 33 year old mommy and a foster mom, also a doula and homeschool one of mine. Very busy yes but have also been struggling with adrenal fatigue syndrome. I so very much long to loose 15 pounds, 15 pounds! I know not a ton but would help me feel so great about myself again. I am 5'2 and currently 150 pounds.
Here is my question, I have always struggled with my weight my whole life except for one time after the birth of my first child when I learned a lot about nutrition and became very educated in eating healthy, natural etc. I then lost a lot of weight but after my 3rd baby I went back to struggling with loosing. then with my 4th a (necessary csec, doula talk I did get back to pre preg weight but again stuck at the weight I never lost and I even nursed for 2 1/2 years this time. Ok really question now... Have you had other moms figure this THM out that initially ate well to begin with and finally loose their weight? Please I am seeking a heartfelt honest answer as I am so discouraged by all of the AMAZING testimonies out there that are on facebook and I go to read them and realize I have yet to read someone like myself that started out eating really well, not exactly your plan but very natural and healthy. I struggle with the time frame rememberance with the THM plan, every 3 hrs then you can switch? etc, could that be why I don't really see myself loosing weight? Or could I be eating to much? Please HELP, I am so discouraged and feel very alone in this sometimes, I am not really computer savvy and don't have a lot of time to spend online so groups etc I haven't found helpful but I would greatly appreciate an honest response, maybe I am missing something...
