Pre-Breakfast Snack~ handful of macadamia nuts (S) Breakfast~ Ham Sandwich~ ham, romaine, mustard with pickles on the side (E) Lunch~ Fried eggs over sauteed zucchini and yellow squash and Earth Milk (S) Supper~ Pizza~ Sourdough pizza crust, marinara, ham, mushrooms, bell pepper, little sprinkle mozzarella (E) Snack~ Pumpkin Pie Shake (S) Sipping~ Iced Oolong, GGMS, water Once again breaking the "rules" breakfast and lunch probably should have been switched But the sandwich was quicker and I was hungry

Breakfast- fat stripping frappa Lunch-loaded fotato soup Snack- skinny chocolate on shortys skinny toffee Dinner- hamburger patty, coleslaw, salad I've been drinking cider pop and winter wonderland sip today.

Yesterday's menu: (worked a 12 hour day shift and stayed 2 hours overtime to help deliver a preterm baby! Mom and babe are room well so far ?) B: oatmeal with small apple (E) Sn: 2 light wasa crackers with LLCC and turkey (FP) Lu: bacon, lettuce, tomatoe, LLCC, and mustard on flaxseed focaccia (S) Sn: peanut butter/flaxseed granola mixed with 0% fat Greek yogurt (S) Su: beef stew and steamed broccoli with a slice of cheese (S) De: chocolate/peanut butter cup (S) Today's menu: (slept in this morning and will be napping in the afternoon in preparation for night shift. That's why there's no snacks listed in my menu today!) B: THM pancakes (E) Lu: FP salad (FP) Su: turkey burger on cheese rolls with cauli potatoe salad (S) De: tummy tucking ice cream (FP)

When I delivered my preterm stillborn, the nurse stayed past her shift. Thank you for the heart it takes.

You're very welcome! I consider it an honor to be with people in their best and worst moments. As hard as my job can be at times I still love it! Thanks for the prayers ? P.S. I just noticed another typo in my original post....it's supposed to say "mom and babe are doing well so far! ?"

B: E oatmeal topped with yogurt berry whip
L: S tomato soup, waffle baked bread in a mug topped with chopped chicken and cheese, broiled. Square of chewy brownie energy bites.
S: E tuna rice salad, yogurt berry whip
Drinking Shrinker, other teas.
