Breakfast~ bell peppers and blue cheese, protein drink (S) Lunch~ Pumpkin Pie Shake (S) Supper~ lettuce wrapped hamburgers (S) Snack~ bell peppers and blue cheese, cucumbers and vinegar, radishes and ranch, lemonade with gelatin (S)
Sipping~ Pumpkin Pie Sip, Cider Pop, Iced Oolong

Br. (FP) strawberry shake
Sn. (S) chocolate w/ pecans and coconut
Lu. (S) salmon with onions, broccoli, feta cheese
Sn. (E) Greek yogurt, apple
Su. (S) chicken, w/ green peas, mushrooms and onion, all sauteed in butter

B: (S) 2 eggs over fried mushrooms and garlic. Coffee w/cream.
L: (E) lentil, chicken and veggie soup. 1/2 apple w/cottage cheese and yogurt.
Sn: (FP) I was making gluccie puddings today. I sampled all of them: chocolate and peanut flour, lemon, and vanilla chia seed. All with protein powder. That makes 13 - 1/2 pint jars. Also made earth milk and had a nice glass of that as well. I think it was low-fat enough to remain FP.
S: (S) crabby patties, steamed buttered broccoli with Parmesan.
Sn: Off-plan chocolates.
