Breakfast~ Waffles, bacon, Coconut Malt Nog (S) -I am making the waffles from here rayesplace.blogspot.com/2014/11/easy-mix-baking-mix-for-sweet-or-savoy.html I really like the baking mix, I hope to try all of the recipes on there with it. Lunch~ Baked THM pancake mix over sliced pears sprinkled with sweetener and cinnamon(E) Snack~ Pumpkin Pie Shake (S) Supper~ Cheeseburger Pie, Brussels sprouts, cucumber slices (S) Sipping~ Pumpkin Pie Sip, Cider Pop

Haven't been doing too well posting what I've been eating. I've actually been doing better just 'winging' it lately. So, I'll just post so far, and come back and edit today! Br. (S) stuffing, w/2 eggs, chocolate mudslide MIM w/ cream cheese icing Lunch (E) black bean soup, greek yogurt, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix Sn (S) Strawberry/ cream cheese shake And had to add some extra protein an hour later. Feeling weak. 2 hamburger patties. Su (CO) chicken sweet potato rice soup, E; pumpkin bread, FP; butter, S; Sipping singing canary, herbal tea

I'm on night shift right now and I'm also on my second FP day. 0000: mexican cottage cheese salad 0300: 0% fat greek yogurt with strawberries 0600:egg white scramble -- sleep all day -- Dinner: egg white wraps with salad and chicken breast 2100: 3 light wasa crackers with LLCC and turkey
