Enjoy this Christmas Cranberry Smoothie created by Andrea S. Andrea is a cancer survivor and we love her healthy, delicious THM recipes. This is an E. -1 med. orange -1/4 c fresh or frozen cranberries -1 c almond milk -1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder -1/2 c 0% Greek yogurt -pinch Celtic sea salt -3 doonks THM stevia -1 tsp Vitamin C powder -1-2 tsp chia seeds -splash vanilla -dash nutmeg -optional 3 drops orange essential oil or ½ tsp Pure orange extract - add ice, Blend and enjoy - YUM!!

Christmas Cranberry Smoothie!! That sounds like a fantastic drink to add in the Christmas party. I regularly take Green drink in the morning but Cranberry smoothie would be a great option for me on special days and my kiddos will also enjoy it!
