Just another experiment....
1 can full fat coconut milk and 4 Tbs. beef gelatin: blend (activates gelatin)
1/4 cup p.nut butter: blend
1/2 cup EACH WPP and cocoa pdr.: blend
2 Tbs. Vanilla, pinch of salt, 18 (yes) doonks of THM stevia: blend
1/2 cup melted extra virgin coconut oil: drizzle in, stirring and blend
Pour into dish, chill.
This was o.k. My kids liked it....not sure what it needed.
