Today I was switching to night shift so I slep in and napped all afternoon (this is why I have no scheduled snacks). B: THM pancakes (E) L: I planned on eating a FP salad but was running behind and ended up eating a joseph's tortilla with PB and a bit of honey rolled up....I know honey wasn't the best choice! (S) D: salad and pork chop (S) 2100: tomatoe, cucumber, cheese (S) 0000: salad with pork chop (S) 0300: strawberry swirl (FP) 0600: leftover THM pancakes (E) Hopefully sleep all day.....

My Monday:
Breakfast - S - 3 Omega-3 Eggs scrambled, cooked in bacon grease - Grabbed coffee at Starbucks on the way to work added 1/2 & 1/2 and Truvia.
Snack - FP - 1/2c 1% Cottage Cheese + celery sticks
Lunch - S - Salmon salad with romaine and cucumbers + homemade vinaigrette (2tsp each EVOO & Balsamic + 1tsp mustard)
*Sipped on iced green tea w/Truvia
Snack - S - 1oz Almonds
Dinner - S - Leftover Chicken w/salsa over steamed spinach with 1oz shredded cheese and a lg dollop of low fat sour cream
*Had to kind of make due with what I had on hand because I needed to go to the grocery store but I think it turned out pretty well! : )

Forgot to post after putting up the post Pre-breakfast~ Leftover Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry, 0% Greek yogurt Breakfast~ Toast, homemade cherry jam (thickened with chia), 0% Greek yogurt (E) Lunch~ Ham and cheese melts, plain lettuce salad with dressing (S) Supper~ Salad- butter lettuce, diced ham, cheddar, sunflower seeds, jalepeno ranch with a side of cucumber salad (marinated in vinegar, sweetener, spices) (S) Sipping~ Cider Pop, Stevia flavored carbonated water, water
