My weight has halted for a couple weeks, again, but I don't have time for a full fuel cycle to get my metabolism revving, since I have a couple big all-day events in the middle of when I'd be doing it. What can I do to give the scales a little push instead of a FC?

Sometimes you will see weight loss in fits and starts, some bodies just need time to "heal" and rest before getting another loss. I love the quote from page 431 "The best way to lose weight is to eat basic whole foods." That said on page 440 they mention the idea of "... think about incorporating some mini cycle days where your breakfast and lunch will be deep pure S to help empty glucose from your cells. Then make your afternoon snack and evening meal Fuel Pull to force your body into adipose burning." That might be worth a shot Make sure you don't miss out on your Es if you throw a few of these in

Good morning
I was wondering how many days in a row is a mini fuel cycle done?
