This sounds a bit like a diet my mom did years ago, from my THM eyes it looks like something that would be very difficult on blood sugar and not healthy. I do enjoy the soup (hers was little different) as a FP with some lean protein on occasion

I have used this diet before. It was named either the cabbage soup diet or something about heart healthy. Personally, I never could stick to it, so the weight never came off, and I tried it several times over the years. I have to agree with Steffanie's observations regarding the blood sugar issues and not a THM friendly lifestyle.

I just started the THM 100 days of inspiration. This brings to mind one of the things I read just the other day,encouraging us to go gently,don't purge, punish, etc.
