Monday: B - S - Coffee w/cream and sweet blend, 2 egg personal frittata with butter, squash, zucchini, mush, nutritional yeast & salsa S - FP - 1/2 c 0% greek pudding with a few strawberries L - S - Green chile chicken thighs with calabacitas over kale (picked up at Whole Foods) S - E - apple + 8 almonds *Workout - 30 min moderate to light walk/run on treadmill D - S - Burger patty w/ lettuce, mush, avocado, bacon, jack cheese and green chile + side of sautéed spinach + sm cup of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and Truvia (@ Flying Star Café)
Today: B - S - Pumpkin pancakes (paleo recipe, just has eggs, pumpkin, baking soda, vanilla, sweetener, and some coconut flour) + 2 sl bacon S - FP - 1/2 c 0% greek pudding with a few rasberries and blueberries ~1/4 c together L - S - 5 oz Chicken breast, cucumber and tomatoes over romaine + homemade vinaigrette (1tsp EVOO, 2tsp Balsamic, 1tsp mustard) S - E - Orange + light string cheese *Workout - warm up on stationary bike, light weights D - S - Mustard glazed chicken thighs + steamed spinach
