I am in the process of changing over favorite family recipes. I am down 12 of the 28 pounds I need to lose (!!!!!) so am getting ready for crossover recipes. Has there been a determination on the number of fat grams and carb grams that make up a crossover? Thanks

It doesn't really give any numbers. But it does seem to imply that you can go as high as the 45 g carbs in an S meal. With the assuption that you are monitoring your weight so that it doesn't get away from you. Would that be correct? Thanks

Yes a crossover is simply an E meal with added fat or an S with the carb allowance.

Thanks Rebekah, I also noticed that eggs have 2 g carbs each. Would eggs be considered an exception food for carbs like Greek yogurt and almond milk? Thanks much.

I think most foods have 'some' carbs. I've never heard that you need to count the carbs in eggs. You should be fine just considering them an S.
