Sipping~ lemonade, water

B: egg white scramble and pear swirl (E) L: salad with boiled egg (S) Sn: trail mix (S) D: chili and salad (S) Dessert: moose tracks ice cream (S)

Br: (E) 2 banana oat muffins (I saw the new baking blend and while I read about it I formulated a plan to make these using ingredients they hinted at having in it and I am so impressed with how these turned out)!! FSF
Lu: (E) rice with chickpea curry, 1/2 FSF.
Sn: (E) 3/4 pear, slice mozzarella cheese
S: (S) salad: lettuce, orange sweet pepper, cucumber, chicken breast, pumkin and sunflower seeds, flax cracker 'croutons', cheesy ranch dressing. Soooo good and satisfying. Basic whey smoothie.

Today: Br. Grated carrots and pear, flax seeds and 1 Tbs. Goji berries mixed w/1cup of greek yogurt.(E)
Sn. Cup of keifer plain. Oatmeal,peanut butter oatmeal balls. (CO)
Lu. Salmon,peas and mushrooms, S style rolls, all w/ butter. (S)
Sn. Pear/strawberry whey protein shake. (E)
Su. Chicken and rice, green beans.(E)

Rebekah, your 'E' breakfast sounds yummy! But, you posted it as an 'S'. I think I will have to make a salad like that soon!
