B: COFFEE with cream, THM shake, & sausage patty (S) L: Green salad with left-over rotisserie chicken breast, salsa, FF sour cream, & 0% Greek yogurt with a few blueberries (FP) D: Lemon jello salad, cauliflower mock tator salad, & chicken on the bar-b (S) S: Ants on a log - with Lily's choco chips and a bulletproof coffee (S) Sip: Stevia lemonade, Iced Green Tea, Grape stevita with a splash of ACV and vit C powder Extra coffee - yes, it's that kind of a day! Bring it! I got this! Blessings, Mamas!!!

Today's menu ended up really messed up.... I finished my first fuel pull cycle on Sunday and then today was supposed to be my first deep S day of my second fuel pull cycle. I worked a night shift last night, only slept 2.5 hours today, and then found out company was coming for dinner and I had to scramble to get everything ready. Needless to say I did pretty bad with my eating...hopefully I will do better tomorrow and hopefully my slip ups won't affect the success I my fuel pull cycle.
0000: egg salad 0300: deli meat wraps 0600: 2 boiled eggs 0900: Joseph's fuel pull chips 0300: skinny chocolate Afternoon snacking....a piece of cheese, bits of carrot cake and cream cheese icing (so not on plan, arg!!) Dinner: beef steak, asparagus, salad (lettuce, pepper, celery, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil dressing) Dessert: mock Wendy's frosty
Tomorrow's menu: B: crepes (no cream in batter) L: leftover salad from last night with crispy salmon Sn: lettuce wraps D: beef hamburgers on lettuce pat, Parmesan zucchini Dessert: tummy tucking ice cream with skinny chocolate

Breakfast~ Tortilla wraps with ham, blue cheese and Sheri's No Bakes (S) Lunch~ Quest bar, cucumber (FP) Snack~ Bell pepper, Sheri's No Bakes (S) Supper~ BLT in Romaine, broccoli with olive oil and parmesan, cucumber salad with olives and feta (S)
