Breakfast~ Scrambled eggs and cheese (S) Lunch~ Zucchini spaghetti "noodles" with turkey marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, Sheri's No Bakes (S) Snack~ Gwen's Thin Mint Shake (S) Supper~ Super Salmon Patties, broccoli (S)
Sipping~ Iced tea, GGMS

Breakfast: carrot salad-grated carrots and grated pear, 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 Tbs. goji berries, 2 Tbs. flaxseeds. = E
Lunch: creamy, cheesy chicken and zucchini with mashed cauliflower = S.
Snack: 1 cup of keifer w/ an orange.= E
Supper: leftover cold rice with greek yogurt, blueberries and pear.= E
May have a snack later...

Today's menu: B: thm pancakes (E) L: turkey burger on lettuce pat (FP) Sn: I "grazed" on mozzarella cheese and peanutbutter ice cream (S; not a good choice, I know) D: beef burger on lettuce pat with salad (S) Dessert: 5 ingredient white cake (S)
Tomorrow's menu: B: anabolic oatmeal (E) Sn: light wasa cracker with LLCC and turkey (FP) L: large salad with boiled egg (S) Sn: lettuce wraps (FP) Dinner: turkey breast, asparagus, maybe yam? (E) Dessert: not sure yet...
