So I just got a GORGEOUS set of cute wittle ramekins for my birthday, and I'm dying to use them. The natural course, of course, is to make creme brulee, because that is just what you do with ramekins. HEALTHY creme brulee. I found this recipe: alldayidreamaboutfood.com/2012/10/greek-yogurt-creme-brulee.html and I have everything for it, but, I have a question. If I use 0% Greek Yogurt, would it be an FP? Each egg yolk would have about 5 grams of fat each, which, together, equals 15 grams, WHICH, spread throughout four servings, is about 3.5 grams per serving, which is within FP guidelines. With the replacement of 0% yogurt, it would bump the carbs up a bit, but it would still be under the 10 gram limit. I know that THM's prefer to go more by ingredient than counting out all the grams and everything, but the more Fuel Pull desserts I have, the better! (I want these to be Fuel Pull so bad, you don't even KNOW...) Oh, also, I don't own a blow torch (fortunately), so I'm not sure I can give these the yummy caramelized top that they deserve (unfortunately), so can I just put these under my oven broiler for a minute or two to produce the same result?

I can only answer the last question. Oven broiler will work fine.

Yes, it is "coloring outside the lines" a little bit, but basically you are looking at your yolks as your tsp of added fat. I personally wouldn't do it all the time, but for a FP dessert you really enjoy it works
