For lunch today I was aiming to eat an FP meal, and I was reeeeaaally hungry. I ate a Joseph's Pita with lettuce, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, a couple squirts each of homemade ketchup and mustard, and some seasonings. I ate it with a FP appropriate Mock Wendy's Frosty (3/4 cup almond milk, ice, stevia, 1 1/2 T cocoa powder, xanthan gum, and a dash each of butter and almond extracts). I'm still getting the hang of putting together full FP meals and not just shakes and little treats, so if someone could tell me if I did this right, that would be awesome!
