Ladies what are you eating today? Or what do you plan to eat today? Sipping~ Ice tea, Singing Canary

B: (S) egg salad, 1/2 green pepper
Sn: (E) small Apple, 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter
L: (S) steamed green beans w/cheese sauce, egg salad
Sn: (E) smoothie: strawberries, flax, WPP, superfood, juice of 1 lemon.
S: (CO) seasoned rice, chicken thighs, cooked beets

B: anabolic oatmeal (E) Sn: light wasa crackers with LLCC and turkey (FP) L: winter sunshine salad (S) Sn: muffin in a mug (FP) D: baked chicken fingers, twice baked zucchini, fresh raw veggies (S) Dessert: I had great plans for dessert but ended up eating a piece of pizza and a small slice of cake at work.....not a good end to the day...
tomorrow's menu: B: steamed egg sensations (S) L: FP salad (FP) D: breaded fish, broccoli, salad (S) Dessert: basic cheesecake (S)
