I remember reading in the book that once in a while, for the less than purist type, a sugar free ice cream is allowable.....our local grocery store sales Umpqua with splenda. It has 3 gram of fat and 13 net carbs. Is this doable, and is it a E or S?

I think the Breyer's Carb Smart has quite a few less carbs than that, you might compare the two and see how it looks? Some of the light kinds are low-fat but much higher in carbs, so not as ideal option.

Thanks so much for the reply! We live on a small island in alaska and our grocery store is quite amazing, considering......but this was the only option that was remotely close, any thoughts?

Have you tried the tummy tucking ice cream from the book? It really is amazing! And makes up really quick if you have frozen cubes on hand.
