What exactly is a Deep S meal? It's supposed to be where your fat comes from one source, correct?
Would scrambled eggs be a Deep S? If not, why not?
Could I have eggs and turkey bacon for a Deep S?
What are some breakfast ideas for a Deep S?
I tried asking on FB and no one really cleared it up for me. Couldn't find it in the book, or easily find it in the book I should say.
Thanks,
Carol

Look in the Fuel Cycle section of the book. There's an explanation there!

Yes Deep S is explained in the FC chapter Honestly though it is more of an "advanced" THM concept, while learning I would just focus on keeping your fuels separate. It more superfoody fats than just any fats.

Oh it doesn't need to come from one source. Eggs and turkey bacon would be ok, along with some sauteed kale for example.
