I started the THM plan in March. I have had great success. But it seemed that the longer I was on plan I was beginning to not feel well. Long story short, I am not able to use Stevia!! I was devastated. I truly enjoyed it. I am just wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar roadblock and I would love to know what you use or a sweetener? I use xylitol. But it' is not ideal for all sugar replacement. Any suggestions would be a huge help! Thanks, Jennifer

There is always erythritol. Also, there is a chicory root inulin that would be on plan.Another thing would be monk fruit EXTRACT. Hope this helps, and you can find something for those sweet needs!
