I was just wondering if anyone had any good snack ideas for me? I have PCOS so I try to not go crazy on a lot of dairy. I try to stick to hard cheese (though I do eat some cream cheese for an extra "special" something ) and cultured dairy. Like, sour cream, greek yogurt, etc. Any ideas would be great! Especially 'on the go ones' as I'm in the process of getting a new job, thanks!!

Nuts or an apple with PB. Muffin in a mug. Smoothies are good too.

Thank you so much!! Is there a serving size you would recommend on the nuts? I'm one of those people who can over due them easily

Id probably try to stick to a handful. If you're really hungry, pair it with a smoothie or piece of cheese.

Was about to add nuts as well. I like almonds and I split them in 1/2 so I think I get more.

I LOVE almonds! I like the idea of cutting them in half too, thanks!

Is banana and peanut butter an ok snack? Would that be a crossover then?

Check the fat content of your PB. follow the 5g fat limit and you are in the E category. Just remember the banana must be either small or 1/2 a large one.

You could use the peanut junkie butter in the new book and get more 'PB' on your banana.

Ok, thanks. My peanut butter doesn't have a nutritional label, so I may have to search for it online.

It seems that most PB that I've checked give you 1 1/2 tsp for 5g fat.

Wow that's not very much! Is that the same for the sugar free low sodium kind?

Yes, the recommendation is for the natural/sugar free P.N. butter.
