I like greek yogurt and fruit for a snack.
Apple slices dipped in thinned out peanut powder with vanilla, pink salt and caramel extract added.
Your favorite on-plan deli meat wrapped around a grilled asparagus spear.
Nut butter on celery or jicama sticks

Peanut powder dips and spreads are what keeps me sane. I'm a peanut butter freak. I also use it to make a quick frosting for the cakes and muffins. You can do so much with it.

I LOOOVVVVEEE peanut butter!! Like, go hide in the corner with a spoon lover, Hee hee!! I really like that idea of using it for frosting, it's been hard for me to find a frosting that I like.
I just tried making the yummy spa ice cream but was pretty disappointed with it. =(

I don't like any of the icecreams. But I think the key to those are having a powerful blender. Right now my Vitamix is broken, but if I can get it fixed, I may try the icereams again.
My favorite icecream is not a THM recipe. I use half an avocado, 1 C. 0% greek yogurt and about a cup of frozen fruit with vanilla, salt & sweetener to make a fabulous healthy icecream. For an S, use blueberries for the fruit. To make it an E, you would need to leave out the avocado, but I think that's what makes it wonderful. Peach or pineapple are my favorites.

I used my ice cream maker. Your's sounds SO GOOD!! I usually use canned coconut milk, but I was starting to get worried that maybe that was too heavy on the fat. That's why I tried the Tummy Spa.

The tummy tucking ice cream is a FP and very yummy! You can even make a choco shell by drizzling melted skinny choco over the top! Of course that makes an S!
