I know for the chocolate banana muffins it says you can either use Greek yogurt or unsweetened applesauce. That got me thinking, can you substitute that in any recipe that calls for the yogurt or only some? I thought maybe it depended on the other ingredients.

In some, yes, you may be able to try the applesauce, in place of Greek yogurt. I don't know if it would work for every recipe, or not.

Great, thanks! I was thinking in things like their muffins, cakes, etc. I dought it would be good in shakes or the different oatmeal though That brings me to my next question, since I'm trying to be mostly dairy free, what would you all recommend to replace the greek yogurt/cottage cheese in the oatmeal recipes? I know it's there for add protein. Could I just use collagen? I bet the yogurt is needed in the shakes though, to make it creamer....I could use it in those at least.

I bet it's for protein and creaminess. YOu could try collagen and maybe a little whey? Or if you don't even want whey, maybe eat a little meat on the side?

I don't have any whey, but have been using more collagen. Thank you for the tips =)
