I know that regular oats or better in oatmeal recipes, granola, toppings, etc because they digest slower, therefor, being easier on your blood sugar. I was just wondering if in the recipes where you grind them if it would matter if you used the quick? Though maybe the quantities would be off with how much you use though? Like, one cup of regular oats or going to be less oats then one cup of quick?

You can grind quick oats. I can't speak to measurements as I've only ground oldfashioned. I just buy 1 kind.

Great, thank you! I have always ground quick oats too, but was starting to run low, I was hoping I could get by with the quick in the recipes that don't need them left whole until I could buy more.
