Looking at the sample menus, I'm confused about the timing of snacks. If I have a snack mid-morning around 10 after having an S breakfast around 7:45, should I stick to an FP snack or an S snack? Or, do I consider whether my lunch at noon is an S or an E?

Ideally, you'll want to spread your snacks and meals out a little longer. Otherwise, yes, a FP snack would be ideal.

I agree with Blessed Beyond Measure. I try to eat breakfast around 8, then lunch at 11:30-12, then a snack at 2-3 and dinner at 6ish. Since at least 2 hours have went by you shouldn't have to worry about "tendon fueling', therefor you could have either S or E for any of those meals/snack. Hope this helps! And welcome to the board!!

Okay, thanks. I have actually been trying to eat breakfast around 7:45, lunch around 11:30, a snack around 3 and dinner around 7. I just wondered how they were fitting in all those snacks and desert, lol.
