You guys are so wonderful for sticking with me through all of my questions, you don't know how much it means to me. You all are AWESOME!! Sometimes it worries me that I'm being a bother, and I apologize if I am. Maybe someday I'll have it all figured out..... Anyway, my mama just got me some greek yogurt! yay!! I plan on making my own now and using this as a "starter". My question is, can I use this instead of the cottage cheese in the smoothie recipes? I was mistaken and thought they took the yogurt, but I was flipping though them tonight and noticed they took cottage cheese instead

You could use the yogurt in place of cottage cheese, but you will notice more of a tang or sour flavour. The cottage cheese brings a really great balanced flavour, but use what you have and see what you think.

Great! Thank you so much! And the stuff she got me is 0% fat so I can use it in any setting!! And when I make it I'm going to use skim milk instead of whole that way it is still that 0%. I'm a purist and would rather use raw, but then it wouldn't be S or FP friendly =/

Don't ever worry about being a bother! You are doing great! Pretty soon you'll have this all down and can help others, too! And you know, since you are already into making artisan breads and yogurt...cottage cheese is real easy to make!
