Hi everyone! I was just wondering if pork rinds or on plan? I found a bag at Aldi and all it has is pork skins/salt. I thought if they were it would make a good FP snack while on the run Serving size 1/2 oz 5g fat 0 carb 0 fiber 140 sodium (is that too much?)
