Quick history: I have about 30 lbs to lose, thyroid problems that are finally being addressed (but weight loss hasn't started despite taking thyroid supplements for over 2 months), low blood pressure/low body temp, several food intolerances/allergies, sugar addiction
I haven't had any success with weight loss on THM and have been struggling lately with a lot of stomach bloating, cramps, etc. and today I was incredibly shaky/dizzy/faint. Sometimes my mouth/gums burn after drinking GGMS, or eating desserts with it.
I'm afraid it's either Stevia or my baking mix of stevia/erythritol:( I really don't want it to be since it's helping me avoid sugar, but I can't think of any other thing causing those issues.
I use THM stevia, and Pyure brand baking mix (organic stevia/erythritol) as the only ingredients
Is anyone else unable to use stevia or other on plan sweeteners?
Thank you

I would think the AVC in GGMS causing the burning before stevia. Im sorry you're having such trouble.

I have had a lot of trouble with both xylitol and erythritol. When I eat them I have a lot of stomach cramping and bloating, and one day, after consuming xylitol I was very dizzy for the rest of the day. You're not alone, unfortunately.

I was very dizzy the first few months going on plan and I think it was my body detoxing from sugar. I adjusted my food to eat equal E and S meals. But I found out quickly that I had TERRIBLE gas when I ate erythritol. Most stevia is bitter... Except THM powder stevia. 4oz stevia lasts me about 8 months (and I use it everyday!). Keep a food log and trial and error to figure out what works for your body.
