The BHU-fit ingredients all seem fine. I didn't look at every flavor, but the lists are similar except that the difference between the net carbs go from 0 to 6. But I think you can have up to 10 carbs in an S. (or 6 max if a frankenfood).
The only problem might be that monk fruit is not on plan (although monk fruit extract is). But for 1 gram of sugar per bar, that seems insignificant to me.
The primal kitchen bars would be a crossover because of the honey mixed with the fat from the nuts and seeds.
Have you tried the Praline Protein bars from the cookbook p.391? They are listed as FP with 5 grams fat and 25 grams protein. I know you are avoiding the sweeteners mostly. Maybe you could chop up some freeze-dried blueberries or strawberries to replace the sweetener. Or mash up some fresh to replace the water in the recipe.

Thank you so much for looking into that for me! I was actually just looking at those bars the other day, I had forgotten about them. The only bad thing is, that we can't afford to buy much protein powder so I need to use it sparely, but I like the idea of using the fruit to sweeten, thanks.

You have to read the ingredients on the Quest bars. Some of the flavors use off plan sweeteners. I think there are several that are on plan though. I found this list of the approved ones, but double check the ingredients before you buy, because companies change their formulas all the time: Double chunk chocolate, Strawberry cheesecake, Lemon cream pie, Coconut cashew, Banana nut muffin, Cinnamon roll, Chocolate peanut butter
One of the main ingredients is isomalt, though, which is a fake sugar made from corn. So I don't think Quest bars are that great of a choice personally.
Since you are close to goal, and might not mind using an off plan real sweetener like coconut palm nectar or honey, check out Rise protein bars. They are only 3-5 ingredients of real food. The ones that use pea protein are a nice soft cookie dough texture. Very yummy. The ones with whey protein are a little chewier.
I just got some pure protein isolate in bulk from Amazon. Its not organic, but I don't think THM's is either. But it was only $24 for a kilo and I got free shipping because I had other stuff in my order. I don't know if that is a low enough price for you, but something to consider.

Thank you so much queen! I do try and look at the ingredients but still have some trouble when it comes to the "hidden stuff" like the isomalt, monk fruit, etc. That's why I always like to double check. I don't mind using honey or pure maple syrup no, I'll search those and see, thank you again!
Awesome! We use plant biased protein powder as mama or the baby can't have dairy.
