I haven't been able to find a Greek yogourt not sweetened with sugar in Canada. I have using a 0% yogourt by IOGO, but it is soooo runny compared to Greek yogourt, what is everyone else using?

I'm sorry your having trouble =( I usually just make my own. I have gotten some at Aldi and the consistency wasn't bad, only slightly thicker then regular yogurt. When I make it, I actually like to strain mine so much that it resembles cream cheese.

All grocery stores I've been in here in Canada have the thick plain yogurt.

All grocery stores I've been in here in Canada have the thick plain yogurt. What brand? The ones have seen all have sugar in them, IOGO is the only one I can find sweetened with stevia.

Presidents Choice Oikos Danone Those are the only ones I remember. I make my own Greek yogurt so I don't follow the brands too closely.

Are you looking for one that's already sweetened and ready to eat? That might explain the problem. The 000 is on plan. All the other Greek yogurt that is on plan is the plain version. Just sweeten and flavour as you like.

Yes, if you're looking for sweetned, we don't have it. Getting closer. DH bought some sweetned with stevia for the kids, but still had some sugar added.
If you're looking for plain, that shouldn't be a problem. It's in abundance everywhere. We use Liberte.

I was just comparing calorie counts, even the plain Greek has way more calories than the IOGO sweetened with Stevia, thanks for the tips, I'll look again
