I needed to bring a dairy free whipped cream to a function. I tried the whipped nocream. I followed all the directions using the coconut milk option. I tripled it to make sure there would be enough. Since the recipe said it was a multiple serving recipe I knew I should have enough. Well, once we got to the whipping stage, it didn't whip up high and fluffy like the recipe said it would!
Please tell me if it's supposed to get fluffy like regular whipped cream or what tips you have for me so I can get it right. Is there a photo of it somewhere that could be posted here so we know what it should look like?

It appears much thinner than regular whip cream in the pic.

Thank you, but I'm also wondering if it increases in volume. I tripled the recipe and my end result was a measly 1/2 cup! The recipe says one batch is a multi serve. The polar bear soft serve is a similar idea and when I don't add any fats it gets very fluffy, once I add fats it settles down some, but I really like that texture and how much volume it gets. So that's where I'm puzzled how this is supposed to work. I really wish that someone could try it and see what they get.

Sorry, I don't have the stuff to make it:( Maybe I can add some on my next shopping trip. Are you on Facebook or the membership site. You might be able to trouble shoot with someone who's made it.

I have made this. It has been awhile and does not seem like it was 'real fluffy'. But I do believe it was more than 1/2 cup. I made it and used it also for an icing (adding cocoa powder and sweetener) for the trimtastic cake... I am out of gelatin, but I'll try to report back when I get some and make it again.

Thank you! I'd appreciate someone trying this and let me know your results. Would Serene have some comments or tips to get it the way they intended it to be?
