Made in a pie plate. Skinny chocolate first layer (made with Gentle Blend not ground up---we like the crunchy crystals). Freeze. It kind of lifted off the bottom so that when I added the peanut layer (powder only---no pnut butter) it sort of hugged the chocolate on the top and bottom. After it was removed from the freezer, it was really tough to break up. I used a hammer eventually and still had these huge pieces like in the pic. I also had smithereens. (They're all gone.) I am waiting on some online-purchased silicone moulds. I think that it would be easier to unmould Treeces since smashing is nearly ineffective. Oh, and stored in the freezer---we have no room in the 'fridge right now.

You might let them set a few minutes to lightly thaw, but not get runny, to make cutting easier.

Oh, slightly thaw first. . . duh. S'okay, the moulds that I ordered from eBay came and I've made dark almond skinny chocolate squares and dark mocha skinny chocolate squares in them and they work better than I'd hoped. Haven't tried remaking the Treeces yet.

Something else helpful is the silicone mats. Everything frozen just peels right off.
